Weight Should Be Going Down

Kind of frustrated, it has been two full weeks of doing 12k steps and I have not been losing weight.

I suspect there is a lot of salt in my diet and a lot of water weight.

So I will start to track what I eat. Will start with Mon to Fri with an open Sat and Sun. Eventually I hope to track the whole week.

If I don’t see any results by end of Feb, I am going back to see the nutritionist.
