Slowly Working Back

I hit 8000 steps and 10 floors today, so I could make it to 12k, but it is such a drain on me.

I need some of my time back.

Been waking up cramping for the past week and a half, the only time I did not wake up cramping was the morning after I do do 12k.

I think it is a hydration issue.
