Tracking new run

Today is a slow/rest day, I normally run an easy lap and walk another easy lap.   I already did it this morning.

This time though I ran the lap as fast as I could, and timed it.  Since speed is my focus, I want to track this short distance.

Time: 10:24:97

The lap itself is 1.159 which means I ran a mile under 9 minutes (8.97), but I always considered that route 1.1 miles, so I say its 9.46 (roughly 9 minutes 28 seconds a mile) so in order to pass the PT test, I have to shave off 20 seconds from that.

Hows that weight :-), it looks good, I feel good about cracking last years record in the next day or two.  I had a cheeseburger last night too (I rarely eat em, maybe once a month)
