Maybe It Is The Intake

Today I went in to the office again, had a small lunch, and took the opportunity to hit the gym and try again, didn’t do much, but I did hit the treadmill and do some weights.

After I got home wife and I made our way to the park and did some walking there too.

When I got home I hit a new low (since tracking on the database)

But I think the key was a light lunch. Had a salad for lunch.
