Didn’t Rest But I Should Have

New workout buddy Jami said I should WOG (Walk/Jog) today.  I thought that was a great idea.  I just had a big lunch, today was a rest day, so it should have been an easy workout.

But I jumped on the treadmill for a 17 minute run with a 5 minute cooldown with an intent to slow down after I hit 1 mile.  Some weird thing in my head said keep going.

Not sure if it was a good idea.  Tomorrow will tell if I am exhausted or not.
