Motivation Back

Well a little at least.  I hit the gym today and felt like working out.

Unfortunately, my legs started cramping up.

Anyway, I will start off with 500 cal workout.

Work up to 750 cal 3 days a week by end of month.

But by then I hope to be running a 4+

This Saturday be ideal for my first four plus at the beginning of the year.
