Nice long run today, I am tired and reality is that today, right now, at this point, I probably will not be able to run Rock and Roll under 3 hours.

Couple things that did effect my time, I had to pee… bad, so I made a pit stop, also took photos, and walked a steep portion of the run.
The day ended of interesting in a good way, the neighbors came to my place for an ad hoc get together, we talked, it was fun.
