Workout Schedule for Next 2 weeks

Recall I took yesterday off so I am a little behind on my training schedule

I did 4 miles Monday 5 miles today (bummer since I rounded down from 5.90 Miles) so I need 11 more miles in 3 days.

Tomorrow (Thursday) Double workout 2 one laps and a four plus for a total of Six Miles

Friday 1 mile warmup w/ my regular personal trainer time.

Saturday Four Plus

Sunday Four Plus

Monday Two Lap

And from here on out is my standard Race  Week Workout Schedule

Tuesday Two Lap

Wednesday 30 minutes on Treadmill and arm workouts.

Thursday evening will be an easy 1 lap, and 1 walk.

Friday will be 2 lap walk.  Plus some push ups and sits ups, and a first, meditation.

So from Monday on things should be cake.
