I am supposed to rest, and I am supposed to heal, especially this weird injury to my abdomen.
Today after work I had a beer
I felt like I needed it, so I got one, also one with apretty high alcohol content, about 7%.
I got a good buzz afterwards but felt lousy when I got home. Went for an untimed 1 lap run and 1 lap walk and felt a lot better.
I think my body wants to get back to working out and is rejecting beer.
