Still pretty stressed as I have so much more do to during the aftermath of the home burglary.
I did hit the gym though, and tried, it was good and needed but my heart was not in it because my mind was still on the problems I need to work through. Really tough trying to push past the depression.
Good news is every day is getting better, my appetite is coming back and I am smiling again.
Seems like I am running faster, I started a 10 minute warm up run at 6.6MPH and pushed it up to 6.9, I may try 7 MPH on Friday. But I was a lot weaker, even a single 45lb plate on each side of the bench bar seemed heavier than usual.
