I saw some advertisements regarding a new sleeping pill from Vicks, when I went to Safeway I saw it and looked at the ingredients.
Diphenhydramine hcl
Basically Benedril, I saw that and all that went through my mind was “this is so lame” and it wasn’t cheap, something like $12, I think you can get 4 times the dose and 1/2 the price.
Don’t buy, not worth it.
I did hit the gym today with the personal trainer, decent workout. Worked on chests, I think I will feel it tomorrow. Whenever I do chest workouts with her I feel like my arms are going to dislocate and fall out of their sockets. But I liked being pushed like that.
