Dinner Before Workout

Is not a good idea.

I had a decent sized dinner and had to wait a bit before working out.

Anyway hit treadmill for 30 minutes and I think I had my best time so far, was a super struggle to get past 1 mile andI am gasping for air as I post this, but I did it.

Time: 529Cal 2.3 Miles

Here is my morning weight, I dunno I have a hard time trusting this new scale, still I will go with it, as I said in the past, it is the progress, not the status that matters.

Weight: 288.4
