Regaining momentum

The past few weeks have been really tough, I feel like I been a major roller coaster ride.

I will cover more on vmworld when I got a little more time, today I am still dealing with all the little details that come with getting back to normal from the break in.

I have decided to take this week as a slow down week since I was at vmworld and could not do a full workout.

Today I did have an opportunity to work out.  I did not run in the morning like I usually do and when I started my afternoon gym workout, I really did not want to go.

But I did and I feel better about it.  I think part of my laziness is that the hotel I was staying at during VMworld had a treadmill that would only go 5MPH, today I got up to 6.6 and was cruising along, not just a 1 minute burst.  My first mile was in just a hair under 10 minutes.

I thought I gained more weight, good to know it is still down.  It will be interesting tomorrow after I run a four plus.

Here’s a little note that is interesting, last year when I went to Hawaii my body was touching both armrests.  During this trip (granted it may be the plane I was on) I could sit in the chair where neither left or right stomach was touching the armrest.

PlaneSeat

I fit the plane seat

Not so cramped as I was last year.  I can also bend over without my stomach in too much of the way to grab my backpack from under the seat in front of me.

Weight: 248.6
