Slept Better Last Night

I had a decent sleep last night.  I think there was something in the air the other night that was affecting my breathing.

I took a benadryl and slept so good I overslept for work.  Not good for work but needed for health.

This week will be the last one I cruise.  I am going to start training again.  After Sunday I will work back into a training routine.

Today, just pushups and situps though.
