Not the greatest of times BUT both my son and I beat our expected times.
I know we did not do well in our respective divisions, but we did well considering we expected worse.
Also this was a fun run, to close out the running season and start up the new one.
We took light rail again to downtown, that is the way to go. Really low stress. If you add taking the monorail roundtrip, that is a bonus, but we just did it one way, back from Seattle Center to Westlake.
We left the house at 4PM, did an easy walk, and we got our stuff checked in and were in a holding pattern at 6:10PM for the 6:30PM start.
Gonna chill a week or two, then start up again.
We both are going to do this again next year.
