New Month, New Plan

I signed up for myfitnessplan today.  Downloaded the app on to my android phone.

Had sushi for lunch and it was the conveyor belt type where you choose the food you want.  Not sure what I ate, so I don’t know how many calories to add.

I will just keep going, I understand the first bunch of entries is the toughest.  I will commit to this app till late December when I go to Hawaii, hopefully it will make a difference.  Getting to 250 at this date is doable.

If I do the math, I have about 40 lbs to burn over 20 weeks, so 2lbs a week or 7000 excess calories a week BMR today is about 2300.   Calorie intake today so far is 1142 so already made that 1000 calories.

Speaking of, at 150 calories per mile I have to walk 6 and 2/3 miles to make a 1000 calories.
