To crack 280 by end of August, it is actually possible.

I ran on the treadmill for 20 minutes and burned 282 then walked 3 laps which was at least 450 calories.

After that and before dinner I weighed in at 282.  So there is a possibility that I can crack 280 before the end of next week, but official weight is in the morning or at least supposed to be.
