Back To The Run

I am liking this workout, 20 minute treadmill and 3 mile walk.

I burned 321 calories on the treadmill then using my standard 150cal per mile formula I racked up another 450 calories walking.

Tomorrow maybe I will hit the treadmill in the morning then do a gym workout and a 3 mile walk.

At least the gym stuff.

Weigh in was in the evening after my workout but before dinner.  Looking good, on track.
