Lot of work tracking what I eat

Even though I have ready access to the internet and two smart phones, it still is a pain to do data entry for my fitness pal.  I can see why people quit after several weeks.

Still I committed to doing this till the end of the year.  Still haven’t eaten dinner yet, and I have to add that.

I did that 20 minute run and 3 mile walk, I was surprised I could maintain a 4.8MPH pace on the treadmill for the entire 20 minutes.  I think that would translate to 5MPH on the treadmill in the gym (for some reason my treadmill makes me work harder).

There was help though, I am trying this new preworkout drink

Works like no xplode, but I need to research it more.

Weigh in was OK, this seems more realistic.  Hope to crack 280 late next week.
