Another busy day… but

I got my 1000 calorie workout in.  I was surprised, I was ready to give in.

Gym buddy Vicky did remind me that the days you don’t want to work out is the days you feel better after finishing.

I couldn’t agree more.

    Right on! Hey, what does your 1000 calories workout consist of? I go on the elliptical at the gym and the calories count usually only gives me like 250 – 300 for 30 minutes of work out.

      That is usually a 30 min run on the treadmill at 5.6MPH and an incline of 2.5 with a 5 minute cooldown. That was good for 630 calories. Then another 30 minutes on the elliptical that burns 415 calories. My weight of 245 makes the numbers higher too. Good luck.
