Back on the treadmill

Whoa burning 300 calories on the treadmill was tough.

At least I was on there and got my legs moving again, there was a realization today that I got a long way to go.

Will start off slow, 30 minute treadmill with a goal to hit 300 calories and running at least 5 minutes with an additional minute each day.

So by end of month goal is to get to 25 minutes with a 5 minute cool down.

Will see how it goes.
