The First Ten

In football when the offense starts a series, you need to make 10 yards within 4 downs to get another fresh set of downs.

It seems in my journey 10 is a relevant number to overcome.

The first 10 minutes of a workout is the toughest,  I can’t seem to get going before 10 minutes but if I make it, it feels good.

After 10 days, your body should start to adjust to a work out regimen.

You should try to achieve 10km per day or 10 thousand steps.

And the first 10lbs is pretty easy.

You should start seeing results in 1o weeks.

Also I bring the football analogy up because tomorrow is the first regular season game and since the Seahawks won the Super Bowl last year they have the priviledge of playing the first game on a Thursday night.

Hope to run tomorrow morning cause I am going to Acme Bowl to watch the game with some coworkers.

Today though I ran 1/2 a mile and walked 2.5 miles, that was more than 10,000 steps for the day, but I certainly hit 10km according to my fitbit.
