Getting Dark

So with daylight savings kicking in, it is time to evaluate my schedule.  I think working out at night is still viable but working out in the morning would work.

For today I just did pushups and situps, I tripped the other night and I thought it was going to be another instance of gout.

Luckily I am past it.  Been taking medication so I am proactive about the whole situation.

Speaking of medication, been looking at resume multivitamins.  I think those little things I did in the past really helped.

I gonna get back on it after this weekend… why this weekend?  Payday…
