That Felt Good

I hit the gym today and it felt pretty good.  I needed it really bad.

I can still max out the bench press machine but still have to work on the free weights. But I felt like my chest was going to explode during my warm ups.  I was simply going 6MPH for 15 minutes.  Three months ago that was nothing.  Having a week off with Thanksgiving, a snow day, and lots of food did not help either.

It shows on my weight.  Anyway good news is that this is the end of November, I feel like I have turned a corner and am happy again.  Still working on the motivation part.  December will be my “Preseason”  this is where I set goals, clean up any mess in preparation for 2011.

Speaking of weight… sigh, need to face the music.
