Today we watched my oldest son run his last day of cross country. I know he will miss it.
As I watched I was inspired by all that ran today.
I saw some impressive times, ones that I will never beat. After watching them, I want to try and get my 5k to under 26 minutes. That means I should be clocking 8.3 MPH.
Decent goal.
