Legs Burning on Treadmill

Now it starts to get tough, honeymoon is over with the treadmill.  Actually that happens in about 2 weeks, so I got some time to go.

Decent, I did more than 5 laps in 20 minutes.  Total average was 3.8MPH but I know my first mile (4 laps) was about 14:35 seconds.  Hoping to get my endurance up by end of November to where I can run 16 laps in under an hour.  After that will work on speed, but for now 15  minute mile is a good start.
