May Need Increase Distance

The 1 lap is still hard for me, but I think it is time to kick it up  a notch.

I will see if I can do two laps now, will probably walk part of the second lap, but the goal is to get it under 40 minutes.

My 1 lap was not the best, but considering I had foot issues yesterday, I think I may be doing OK.
