Squats and Deadlifts

I changed up my workout today, tried to do some squats and deadlifts.  I need to be more careful with this training, I can blow out myh knees or hurt my back.

Something different is good, but I am so weak.  I guess a journey of a thousand miles starts with a single step.

My weight has now got me concerned, I did not eat much the whole day, and I did have a pretty good workout.  I wonder if it is all fluids.
