Swimming Laps

Today went to the YMCA and did 10 laps in 1/2 an hour (little bit more)

Am kind of tired right now.

So it was a good workout.

Need to shower now, smell like chlorine.

Also got an idea for my birthday gift, going to put together a 10 year time capsule.

Just barely cleared 295.  I can feel the weight loss, some pants I couldn’t wear before fit now.

Weight: 294.8
