Mid Summer Workout Schedule

Mid summer and I am finally on some sort of regular workout schedule and I like it.

  • Sunday – Rest
  • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday – choose two of those days to walk Cedar River, easy workout the third day.
  • Thursday – Swim
  • Friday – Gym
  • Saturday – Long workout

Weighed in today and am pretty happy, cracking the 290 barrier was not a fluke.

I think the greatest motivator is being so focused.
