And 40 days later…

Finally cracked 280, weighed in at, well see below.

Not quite 20lb loss, but soooo close.

When I started this Keto diet I was 299.2, I can almost say I lost 20 lbs in 40 days.

19.6lb loss is not bad.

Also “ran” pretty well today, beat last weeks time

Want to note also that it is getting harder to lose weight.

Weight: 279.6
