I don’t think it is healthy to walk outside, let alone run.
So I opted to go swimming today instead.
I needed a good workout to try and burn off extra glucose I gained when in Canada.
With no one with me, I felt like I could swim longer than normal so I did 15 laps.
Most so far and I am exhausted.
Weight going down, after the swim I was 280.8
Official weight is below, but I think a positive side effect of falling out of ketosis is that my right foot feels better.
