Most excellent workout

Finally, I think this was the best workout I had this year.  Not only did I burn 1000+ calories, I did my anaerobic workout as well.

My warmup burned 650 calories, and I hit the weights.  But afterwards I was still feeling good, so I hit the treadmill a second time and burned an additional 379 calories.

Tomorrow is a well earned rest day.

Too bad my weight did not agree.
