Was a good training day, but it was a struggle. I did burn over 500 calories and I wanted to die. I did weigh in and it is better than yesterday.
If I am up to it, I may run tomorrow morning before I go to work, weather pending.
I am going to have to get aggressive with my training soon in order to make weight. Still I am cognizant of my recent and in some ways lingering cold. I have to strike a balance between healing and advancing my workout.
At least tomorrow is known rest day. I can simply run 1 lap and walk 1.
