Slept Well Slept Late

Needed it too, think I need it tonight again.

Been really run down and unable to sleep right. Things need to change or else I am going to crack. Also lot of stress.

Anyway, tomorrow is the start of training, I will bundle up well and hit it outside to start off my training.

Today was busy, had so much stuff to do. Pretty much only thing I could to was pushups and situps.
