Saw my son run a 2 mile today. He ran is in 12:25 beating my time when I was in the military at 12:30.
It was good, you like to see your kids going farther than you.

I was surprised, today visited my personal trainer for a health review and I was heavy, but my muscle improved and fat went down.
So, may be heavy, but strength coming back.
