Evening Finish

This was a rushed day, got meetings, and needed to return some stuff to Amazon, get my steps and swim in. On top of all that had my wife to drop off and pick up.

I had a really small breakfast and a very late lunch which would qualify as dinner. At about 7PM I relaxed in the couch and had a great nap.

Walked out late and it was gorgeous and very comfortable. So it was nice evening walk, the kind I look forward to this time of the year.

Took my time finishing my 3000 remaining steps. I soaked it up.

Moon Says Hello

I still smell of chlorine, and have to test the KVM I purchased with cables I got for a steal. They were $5 each and online new they are $60.

Also found a new Lenovo 1L PC, M910, if got time will do a review.

Another Willpower Test Day

It was hot today, the bedroom temps shot over 90 today.

The walk did seem cooler but I was mentally and physically drained. Just reached home at it is 9:30PM but I got my steps and floors done.

I did migrate a major Linux server on AWS upgraded to Rocky 9. One down 3 to go.

Early Day

Nice when you get things done early, it is about 7PM as I post this and I am done with my work, swim, steps, and stairs.

I can actually relax.

Today got an R9.4 image up to AWS and converted it to an AMI. Behind on getting my EC2 instances upgraded.

Another Hot Day, Relaxing Day

Got home from the Casino late last night, and I slept in, for a long time. Went to bed at about 3AM and woke up at about 1:30PM!!!

Day has been a hot one, but got my steps done.

Weight is high, but I suspect it will drop really fast this week.

Quiet Day

It is weird having a day of work between Thursday and Saturday. It was really quiet today, like no one wanted to work.

I myself did a few things but was really tired from yesterday’s bar b que. It was fun though.

I walked 6,000 steps in the hot sun today, it was draining. I had to rest a bit before heading to the pool for my laps.

Happy 4th of July 2024

Fun day, mixed graduation and bar b que.

My son’s friends came over and I was grill chief and Karaoke MC.

Also house looks clean, stuff out of the way. AC in place.

Got my steps done late though, I woke up late. I got nearly 6k done and the balance done before midnight.

Past Halfway for Swim

Got a goal of 3 weeks of 3 x 30min swim. Got the 5th one done. Will swim Friday and next week will be last.

Feeling better when I accomplished a good swim.

Crappy Amcrest Camera

I hated this camera so much, I ordered another to get rid of the bad taste.

The camera is the Amcrest ASH21-B-V3. It is part of the smarthome line and requires the app. There is no way to set it up locally. So I am just using it for a bit, then I will figure out a way to keep it out of the way.

For the most part I like Amcrest, but this one was garbage.

Got my steps done today, actually did it on the treadmill it the Y. Was really boring.

Run and Swim

Pretty amazing got a 30 minute swim and 7000 steps done in three hours. From about 6:45 to 9:45.

Am pretty tired and need to take a shower, but feeling good.
