Linuxfest 2018 Demo Server

Getting the Linuxfest 2018 Demo Server built (and rebuildable) Wish I documented the openhab build last year.  At least I have backup files. For now I will have MQTT OpenHAB Zoneminder http/https sendmail dovecot Still working through the builds though.
