Having gout last week kind of set me back a bit. So I had to spend couple of hours today working on some things I was asked to work on. Took a nap today though, kind of needed it bad.

Gout Not Completely Gone

Foot still hurts, had a mini flare up this morning.  So I need to keep it under control Doctor agreed to refill my meds that helped.  Hopefully in a week it will be ok again.

My son is sick and I think he spread the cold to me. I am feeling the initial pangs of a cold. Need to squash it with vitamin C.

Sleep Schedule Off Again

Just one 3PM Wednesday afternoon coffee threw me off. Have tried ambien to reset my schedule but I think it is making things worse. Will try to go to bed for a long sleep deep sleep tonight.
