Unusual time of year for me to get a gout flare up. Been hurting all day, haven’t done much productive stuff. Hoping to sleep early, although I slept a lot today already.

Trying to get off ambien sucks. But I haven’t been on it for a couple of days.  I can feel my head returning to normal. May take a while more. But feeling better.
