Although we dusted off the treadmill a few weeks ok, today I am getting serious about my treadmill workouts instead of a token warm up run.
Did 1 mile on treadmill 0 incline in 20:46
Goal by end of year is 0 incline 18 min
Heart beating so fast scale not registering my weight.
So will at later as an update (I updated my weight)
On another side note, I figured out how to batch transcode a bunch of videos.
