Doctor said I needed more fiber, but I think she meant food not my network connection.
I tested the fiber and it does communicated at 10Gb
I did a direct connections and it was slightly faster at 11.0 GBytes transfer.
Tested the copper connections and they passed.
Also figured out what I what I was doing wrong with the Mikrotik switch. Still a bunch to configure.
