Its been a while, but finally got the treadmill at home up and running.
Fixed the Sole Treadmill in our home so now I can get back to running.
Although as I post, I think I got the wrong numbers on my treadmill.
For my future self, it is a Sole F80 Treadmill
And to reset
- Hold down Start and Fast, insert key
- Choose English
- Wheel Size is 2.83
- Min speed is 0.5
- Max speed is 12.0
- Elevation is 15
- Grade – on
- Press start to calibrate and let it do its thing for 5 minutes
My weight is hit an incredibly bad milestone.
