Family Photo Before Retirement

My HDHR family came together for a reunion before the older guys go into retirement.

Waiting on HDFX-4K, maybe next month.

While they were together, a memorial was held for their close relatives Extend. They worked harder but I think heat exhaustion took them way too early. Also lost was another Gen 1, but it had a decent life.

Friends and coworkers WIN-TV-HDR2250 sent their respects but couldn’t get out of work.

Also in discussion was the sudden loss of Locast, the guys about to retire said maybe if they are bored they can unretire and fulfill the promise of Locast. But the changing landscape of ATSC 3.0 may make their return short lived.

As of this post I have retired the Gen1 and Gen2 units.
