Rest Paid Off

I think I am getting back to form, thank goodness.  Looks like I was just dehydrated Saturday for my run.

I hit the the Gym today and check it out

Not Bad Workout

Not bad, over 1150 Calories burned and nearly 6 miles run.

This was on 60 minute manual program with a 5 minute cooldown.

I actually hit the 1000 Calorie mark at 55 minutes.

Also, this run was done AFTER my workout with the weights (chest and tri’s primarily)

Feels good, as a bonus I walked another mile with the Family that evening.

At this pace, I will beat last year’s time.

There is hope yet
