Wasn’t going to post, but our family was almost visited with the Covid-19 virus.
Found out yesterday but I did not want to upstage the purchase of my new CRV.
Yesterday we immediately took a Covid test and today we got the results, we all tested negative.
Ran on treadmill today, felt great. I need to keep reminding myself I feel great after runs.
Weight progress is good.
