Fitness Progress

I am seeing progress, I made it another day under 350, so if I crack 350 tomorrow I will officially be under 350.

Another thing I am seeing is that my laps around RTC is getting faster.

For now I am measuring two laps around RTC starting and ending at home.

Yesterday, my start was 16:48 and the end was 17:50 so 1 hour 2 minutes.

Today I finally cracked an hour, started at 12:29 and end at 11:30, making it 59 minutes.

Kind of cool.

Weight actually dropped to 347.4 after my run but before lunch.

Weight: 348.2
