Good Sleep Good Workout

Had an excellent workout yesterday, I was so tired, and last night I slept really well. Went to bed early and it paid off.

Had really good focus today, had a quick nap, but mostly deep sleep from last night was good enough.

Hoping to get another good sleep tonight and will feel the positive effects for tomorrow.

Today had a great workout too. Ran the 2.5 mile route in under an hour, 59:39.0, I gonna double my speed and run this route in under 1/2 an hour by end of summer.

Starting to see results on the scale.
