Aching But OK

Finished a good workout, got my 10k steps and floors, but tired.

Was slow on Cedar river because there was hail, then I had to make a bathroom break, and finally someone chatted with me and did not want to let me go.

Also did RTC 1lap at 39:53.7

Weighed in after my workout at 345.4 so have not cracked 345 yet.
