First Bar B Q of Season

Day went by quick, today we started moving some stuff into our shed (got monitoring in shed).

Was actually trying to find the canvas we had for the deck.

So we had our first bar b que. Unfortunately, it probably pushed my weight up, I broke 340 (going up) today. I tried a bunch of this to keep my weight under 340, went walking, spit a lot, used a lighter shirt, no go. Still cracked 340 going the other way.

As of this post, my weight is 344.2, I do not think I am going to bring it under 340 in two days to reset the under 340 mark.

Couple good pieces of news that may help, I ate a lot of watermelon, that tends to make it through quickly, I think I good workout will bring a decent amount of weight down, I do not foresee any large meals.

Being a realist, I think it will reset to above 340 and before end of week, it will drop again.
